Who is this guide for?

This guide was created for students working on their research assignment in Professor Yanisko's CAHT 112 course. The tabs at the top of this page will guide you through resources at Van Wagenen Library (both in print and online) that will be helpful in your research. 

Information you'll need to complete the assignment:

  1. information about the food you've chosen as a topic,
  2. recipes for at least four courses of a meal, with any special requirements or significant information which may be necessary and helpful to the staff;
  3. a minimum of FIVE references, including at least THREE cookbooks
  4. information about how to cite your sources in MLA style
