Who is this guide for?

This guide was created for students working on their regional and international cuisines research assignment in the CAHT 111 course. The tabs at the top of this page will guide you through resources at Van Wagenen Library (both in print and online) that will be helpful in your research. 

Information you'll need to complete the assignment:

  1. information about significant aspects of the cuisine and cultural background of the region you've chosen,
  2. recipes for at least four courses of a meal, with any special requirements or significant information which may be necessary and helpful to the staff;
  3. a minimum of FIVE references, including at least THREE cookbooks; and
  4. information about how to cite your sources in MLA style
